As we get older, some people have difficulty membering things. However, as teachers, we have also noticed that some of our students can't remember things from day to day.

The following, is an interesting way to facilitate memory.

Timeline (Blank or Not)

The timeline from 100 A.D. to 2010 is a 70 page document. However, you can print just the pages you want.

In addition, there is a blank timeline that can be filled in as you see fit. It is a single page document.

This Site Has Summaries of Various Book Chapters

Recently I was helping some students catch up on the Lightening Thief.
I had to read several chapters in one day to help some students meet a deadline.

I started out using PLORE and writing the student's oral answers down. This was taking way too much time.

Too Cool To Forget

I was looking for a reference to put on my blog for the kids. I stumbled aross the absolutely coolest website. It deals with history from the beginning to about WWII. There are interactive EDUCATIONAL games, timeline, webinars, free lesson plans and activities. The list goes on and on.
